As I'm an endomorph body type, aim for 37.3% carbohydrate, 37.7% protein and 25% fat diet. As you can see, I am not within the boundaries. I plan to reduce carbohydrates by nearly half and replace with ketogenic nutrients to stop cravings for sugar. Don't forget carbs are a different type of sugar. An increase in potassium will break the sugar craving – 1400 mg per day is recommended. People like me on a budget, mat find this hard, but as a start , potatoes @ 100 contains 400mg of potassium.
