Dont take this out of context Im not saying if someone is eating 900 calories per day to go to 600 to lose weightthats not the majority of people. But the vast majority of people struggle to lose weight is because theyre simply eating too much in general. Too many carbs arent the issue Too many fats arent the problem Eating too late at night isnt the issue Not being in ketosis isnt where youre going wrong Your hormones & insulin arent the problem Theres not some secret diet thats been hidden for years that you dont know about A lot of people will argue that ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ด๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต ๐ช๐ด๐ฏ๐ต ๐ข๐ด ๐ด๐ช๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ด ๐ค๐ข๐ญ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ด ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ท๐ด. ๐ค๐ข๐ญ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต but it really is.
